The AK-47 is by far my most favorite! I currently have the WASR 10 with a accuratly milled magazine well so my mags fit nice and tight (unlike some). I’d prefer to get another, any suggestions on where to look for a deal?

Credit score is ok. Mortgage is fed va guaranteed. 219k balance, comps are going for 150k. I’m at 6.125 fixed 30. What do you think? Note is with Wells Fargo

I wish I was a Veteran and could get it. We are seeing many happy clients take advantage of the hybrid arm and loving it. It is not always the best loan for everyone, but normally it is your best option.

You cannot do this. The VA require that you intend to move in immediately or within 30 days.
